3rd unit @

262 balestier road... its a apartment, not a condo... meaning, no swimming pool n other facilities. But it is secured!

its an en block project,  so, many units in the building.

its a commerical building from level 1 to 3, 2/3 occupied, but most start business on 1st June.

level 4 to 6 are for residential...

only 8 out of the 24 units are occupied for now.

conditions are not very fantastic, its an old building, about 20 years...

This is without agent, about 1.6k to 1.8k depending on which unit you choose.

the sequence of the pictures somehow should start from the back, so please dont mind about it.

this is the back of the kitchen, for place to hang clothes, put washing machine... more of a balcony...

the kitchen, for this unit, there's no stove yet... the owner agree to put up stove if you guys want it=)

the toilet... unfortunately there's only 1 toilet in the house...

the common room! this is a single bed, but if you want, they can provide a queen bed...

the master bedroom... the curtains look dirty... haha...

its not occupied.. so a bit dusty, the feeling wise is not as fantastic... lets look at other units!
