262 balestier road... its a apartment, not a condo... meaning, no swimming pool n other facilities. But it is secured!

its an en block project,  so, many units in the building.

its a commerical building from level 1 to 3, 2/3 occupied, but most start business on 1st June.

level 4 to 6 are for residential...

only 8 out of the 24 units are occupied for now.

conditions are not very fantastic, its an old building, about 20 years...

This is without agent, about 1.6k to 1.8k depending on which unit you choose.

the sequence of the pictures somehow should start from the back, so please dont mind about it.

this is the back of the kitchen, for place to hang clothes, put washing machine... more of a balcony...

the kitchen, for this unit, there's no stove yet... the owner agree to put up stove if you guys want it=)

Address: city square residence in farrer park, near mustafa shopping centre

Renting at 2.8k to 3 k...

But they wanted a 1 year lease. so not possible.

But there is also another unit which is similar to this, possible for a 1 month lease. asking for 2.8 to 3 k.

referred by agent, so need additional agent fee...

masterbedroom toilet. sorry, didnt take the toilet bowl... there's a curtain for the bath room, so no worries!
